Job Description
Welding inspectors are responsible for visual inspections on welded products and structures, searching for defects like cracks and pits. They use magnification and stress equipment to evaluate weld quality. Inspectors also check welding machine setup and welder technique to ensure quality. Records of test results and welding inspections are maintained.
