Job Description
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for lead engineering and design tasks, provide strong leadership, and manage project schedules and budgets.
Requirements
- Serve as a Mechanical Lead or Mechanical Technical Lead
- Manage Project Schedules and Budgets
- Prepare equipment inquiry/RFQ packages
- Perform equipment technical bid evaluations
- Review equipment vendor documents for compliance
- Develop job notes and technical scopes of work
- Prepare man-hour estimates for proposals
- Attend Client, Vendor, and Internal Team meetings
- Present technical information to peers or other personnel
- Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques
- Provide specific to discipline technical expertise
- May supervise, coordinate, and review work of a small staff of engineers or technicians
