Job Description
The Subcontract Manager position is a key senior member of the site-based subcontract team coordinating subcontract and service agreements. The individual will possess a commercial/contractual proficiency, experience in subcontract sourcing, field execution, commercial management, change management, safety, quality, and project controls.
Requirements
- Possesses prior subcontract leadership experience
- Responsible for medium complex, medium risk, fabricate and install or EPC subcontracts
- On medium to large size projects, responsible for the contract administration and field coordination duties
- Motivated leader & a self -starter
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Capable of managing 6 staff members
