Job Description
The Subcontract Manager position is a key senior member of the site-based subcontract team coordinating subcontract and service agreements through daily interface with subcontractors, service providers, owner representatives, field management team, project management team, and corporate support departments.
Requirements
- Prior subcontract leadership experience
- Commercial/contractual proficiency
- Experience in subcontract sourcing, field execution, commercial management, change management, safety, quality, and project controls
- Leadership skills to motivate others, work with others, coordinate efforts and require a minimum amount of direction from project or executive management
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage 6 staff members
