As a Maintenance Shift Leader, you will lead a technical team from various engineering fields, implement preventive maintenance activities, and coordinate activities to achieve operational daily goals and improve technical equipment.

Requirements

• Proven management experience
• Strong technical skills and comprehensive technical knowledge in electrical engineering, mechanics, and automation technology
• Extensive experience in control systems (SPS) and related equipment
• Mechatronics education and further qualifications (e.g., state-approved technician)
• Good English skills at B2 level
• Ability to communicate expertise clearly and sustainably to colleagues
