Senior Principal Software Engineer - Logistics Capabilities (all genders) LS

We are looking for a Senior Principal Software Engineer to join our Logistics Capabilities team. As a tech-oriented leader, you will design and lead the technical vision for our mission-critical logistics software, driving innovation with automation and AI, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to the team.

Requirements

• Proven extensive experience in designing, building, and operating complex, large-scale distributed systems
• Deep expertise in software architecture patterns, including Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture, and REST
• Strong technical toolkit in JVM-based languages, cloud-native development, and relational databases
• Strategic and hands-on mindset with ability to define long-term technical vision and drive complex technical projects
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with ability to inspire teams and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
