As a technician or craftsman in building technology / facility management, you will support the team in carrying out repairs and inspections at our building technical facilities. With your technical understanding and handiwork, you will take on general installation and repair work and ensure that our buildings and all related facilities (heating, ventilation, cooling, etc.) are running smoothly at all times.

Requirements

• knowledge in the field of building technology
• completed apprenticeship in a craft (e.g. mechanic, roofer, locksmith, carpenter, woodworker, heating, sanitation, air conditioning, or similar)
• strong service-oriented approach
• good German language skills in word and writing
