Analyst - Performance Operations

We are looking for an analytical and process-oriented person with an interest in the Operations and e-commerce industry. You will support analysis and lead core projects to drive operational improvements in the ZALORA fulfillment centers in South East Asia.

Requirements

• Analyze the operation processes and large datasets to gather process insights and propose process improvement ideas
• Implement tech-supported improvements in the OMS system
• Prepare structured business cases to evaluate potential business opportunities
• Create flow charts, presentations, standard operating procedures, and supporting documentation for the implementation of improvement projects
• Contribute to critical project management phases such as project planning, stakeholders communication, and improvement execution
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Create and send out KPI reports to Operations leaders and other project stakeholders to track progress
