Junior Buyer (Hybrid Work Setup - MY)

Join ZALORA as a Junior Buyer and take on a role that requires experience in marketplace account management, fashion buying, merchandising, e-commerce, retail, or brand management. Knowledge of modest fashion, womenswear, Raya collections, or local fashion brands is an advantage. As a Junior Buyer, you will support basic buying tasks and manage multiple brands at once, with a focus on assortment planning, product selection, and sales performance tracking. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability are essential for this role.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketplace account management, fashion buying, merchandising, e-commerce, retail, or brand management
• Good understanding of fashion retail, modestwear trends, marketplace business, and seasonal campaigns, especially Raya
• Strong account management skills, including seller follow-up, brand relationship management, product onboarding, and campaign coordination
• Comfortable analysing basic sales data, including sales, stock, sell-through, revenue, discount, and campaign performance
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work closely with internal teams such as Marketplace, Buying, RBO, Marketing, Content, Studio, Operations, and Finance
