Requirements
- 8+ years experience in a software development environment
- Prior experience as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or People Manager in a software development environment
- Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop engineers at various career stages
- Strong engineering background in modern web stacks (e.g. Python, TypeScript, cloud-native architectures)
- Proven experience in performance management, career pathing, and capability development
- Skilled in facilitation and feedback, with a focus on collaboration and trust-building
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery initiatives (experience with Gen AI projects is a plus)
- Fluent level of English (spoken and written)
