Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled Software Engineering Team Lead who is passionate about people, engineering excellence, and building modern software development culture. In this role, you’ll guide a team of talented engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and partner closely with Product and Design to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers. Plan and prioritize engineering work, collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to system architecture and design discussions.

Requirements

• 7-8+ years in software engineering with at least 2+ years leading or managing software engineers
• Experience in SaaS product companies and complex technical ecosystems
• Strong focus on people: mentoring, coaching, supporting career growth
• Naturally curious mindset; someone who seeks improvement, learns continuously, and embraces change
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices
• Solid communication skills, organizational awareness, and a proactive approach to solving problems
