Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an applied AI or machine learning engineering role
• Proven product sense with a track record of shipping reliable, production-scale ML products
• Expertise in applied AI, including fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic systems
• High-agency and drive with a bias for action in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with Security research counterparts
