Job Description
Zania is a company building agentic AI for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to solve a massive problem in the industry. They are looking for a Founding Operations Lead to own how the company executes and scales internally.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Business Operations, Chief of Staff, or equivalent roles at a Series A or Series B startup
- Direct exposure to scaling teams, systems, and processes
- Proven ability to own complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end in fast-moving environments
