Job Description
Zanskar is seeking a high-performing Chief of Staff to act as a strategic operator to the CEO, building and managing the company's operating cadence, aligning cross-functional priorities, and ensuring the company achieves its ambitious goals to change the future of energy.
Requirements
- Executive meetings: lead and improve executive preparation and communication
- Ops visibility & operating model: increase data availability and visibility to key stakeholders
- Strategic support: help CEO and co-founders create, revise, and refine company strategy and policies
- Special projects: launch new initiatives necessary for the company
