Procurement Specialist

At Zap Energy, we’re building the future of energy through compact, scalable fusion technology. We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Specialist to support our rapidly evolving Supply Chain team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
• Experience issuing RFQs/RFPs and negotiating with suppliers
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with supplier performance metrics (OTD, quality, lead time adherance)
• Experience in manufacturing, hardware, or high-tech environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using procurement platforms (e.g., Procurify, Coupa, SAP) and project/work management tools (e.g., Jira) to manage sourcing workflows and supplier activities
