Marketing Specialist

Zayo is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join a select team focused on planning, organizing, and tracking outcomes for elite campaigns globally. The ideal candidate will have experience in event marketing, strong negotiation skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Devise marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and funnel development
• Work closely with marketing and sales executive teams to create programs
• Manage Key Contact data for all events
• Understand market trends
• Determine importance/priority of events based on company pillars and business initiatives
• Track and capture leads for Sales to engage throughout the entire event process
• Manage and create budgets
• Negotiate with multiple vendors to ensure best costs
• Track and report on campaign success and progression
• Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company
• Act as the point person for outside and partner sales teams within geography
