Teamlead Barrierefreie Medien (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Team Lead for Accessible Media in Mainz for a full-time position with a temporary contract for two years. As Team Lead, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Redaktionsteam in the area of Accessible Media, including content responsibility for productions and quality control.

Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in media companies
• Several years of experience in leading teams
• Good knowledge in the area of accessibility
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Very good German and English language skills
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Economic understanding and entrepreneurial thinking
• Enthusiasm for digitalization of production processes and AI
• Independent work and high efficiency
