Business Development Manager- Dubai

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a B.Sc. degree and 4+ years of experience in Forex/CDF brokerage sales environments. They will be responsible for building and developing relationships with potential clients and partners, on-boarding IBs, and increasing accounts, deposits, and revenues.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree from any discipline
• 4+ years of extensive experience in Forex / CFD brokerage sales environments
• Strong understanding of FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets
• A hunter mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures and regions
• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
