Requirements
- 3–10 years of proven sales experience within Forex / CFD brokerage environments
- Strong understanding of FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets
- A hunter mindset, you chase targets, not titles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures and regions
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
- High integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and performance metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
