Head of Product (CFD)

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategic planning, development, and full lifecycle management of fintech products. Candidates should have a deep background in the fintech industry and the ability to drive the launch of innovative products, and the capacity to lead teams in achieving business goals.

Requirements

• More than ten years of product management experience, including over five years of team management experience, which should be from the fintech field.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), capable of leading cross-border teams and participating in international conferences.
• Proficient in agile development processes, familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Have a deep understanding of compliance requirements in the financial industry (such as KYC, AML, GDPR).
