Job Description
Human Resources (HR) Manager will report to Group HR and collaborate closely with business leaders on all-rounded Human Resources & Administration functions, including implementing HR strategies and policies to support business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist and HRBP role, with hands-on payroll and recruitment experience.
- Solid knowledge of Malaysia’s employment ordinance and related regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience handling employment issues and participating in court cases.
- Proactive, collaborative, and influential people manager at all levels, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
