Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification working experience in a financial institution, investment firm, or law firm
- Solid understanding of corporate law, securities regulations, and AML compliance requirements
