Job Description
We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager to lead business growth across key Jordan and MENA markets.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of sales or business development experience in Forex, CFD, financial services, brokerage, or online trading
- At least 2 years of experience leading, coaching, or supervising a sales team
- Strong understanding of retail trading products, client onboarding funnels, deposit behavior, and sales conversion metrics
- Experience managing direct sales and partner/IB channels
- Proven ability to achieve acquisition and revenue targets in competitive markets
- Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
- Arabic language ability is strongly preferred; English is required
- Experience in the Jordan/MENA market is strongly preferred
