Senior HR Specialist role at Zeal Group, responsible for full spectrum of HR duties with a focus on C&B administration, payroll, P-fund administration, taxation, insurance renewal, and other HR projects.

Requirements

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties with a focus on C&B administration, payroll, P-fund administration, taxation, insurance renewal etc.
• Assist in annual HR projects including manpower planning, budget preparation, performance management and salary proposal etc.
• Prepare regular HR reports for management review
• Responsible for ad-hoc HR projects e.g. system development, review of policies, procedures and guidelines
• Foster employee communications, organization of company functions and employee relations activities
• Other tasks as deem necessary by manager
