HR Manager (Taiwan)

We are a FinTech organization looking for an HR Manager in Taipei, Taiwan. The HR Manager will be responsible for full spectrum of HR duties, including HRBP, corporate culture, performance review, staff engagement, office management, and administration functions.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in HR supervising role
• 2 years' solid experience in payroll and benefits administration
• Experience in using HRIS NUEiP and/or Bamboo HR is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility
