Requirements
- Solid practical experience in German corporate housekeeping (Aktienrecht/GmbH)
- Strong legal operations and process engineering mindset
- Hands-on experience with workflow and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Power Automate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver cross-functional projects
