Job Description
Join ERP implementation projects across industries and provide consultancy services to enterprise clients, acting as a key interface between business and technology teams.
Requirements
- Provide ERP consultancy services throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Analyze and understand client business processes and requirements
- Document proposed solutions for both internal teams and customer validation
- Configure ERP modules in line with client-specific needs and support functional testing
- Actively manage project risks and issues
- Support clients in solution testing, validation, and user acceptance
- Deliver training sessions, conduct workshops, and act as the main point of contact during implementation and go-live phases
- Provide both pre- and post-go-live support
- Handover successfully implemented solutions to the support team upon project closure
- Collaborate with sales or account management teams to identify new business opportunities or additional project phases
- Participate in internal project reviews to ensure continuous improvement in implementation methodology and delivery standards
