Job Description
Zeeco fosters a robust work environment where employees benefit from a strong culture, trained leadership, and opportunities for growth. The Design Drafter position at Zeeco in the Vapor Control group focuses on retrofits of existing systems and new construction projects.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Drafting or equivalent combination of experience and certification
- 5+ years of drafting/design experience using AutoCAD, Autodesk Plant 3D, Autodesk Inventor, & Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360)
- Ability to model piping and structural steel in a 3D environment
- Experience creating and maintaining a specification catalogs and piping specs
- Experience creating piping isometrics and steel fabrication drawings
- Experience in the review of vendor drawings and interface points
- Knowledge of and ability to read and create P&ID's & PFD's
- Familiarity with ASME B31.1 and B31.3 Code for Pressure Piping
