Job Description
Field Service Engineer / Technician position based in Houston, TX, requiring knowledge of Zeeco products and moderate travel. Responsibilities include field installation, start-up, commissioning, troubleshooting, and inspection of equipment.
Requirements
- College degree in an engineering or related field (preferred)
- Working experience in oil & gas, petrochemicals, or related industries
- Experience with combustion equipment including flares, burners, and thermal oxidizers
- Mechanical aptitude
- Electrical knowledge (12-24vcd, 120-480vac)
- Burner Management Systems (BMS)
- Local Control Panels (LCP)
- Motor Operated Valves (MOV)
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
- Controls Troubleshooting
- Gas Measurement & Instrument Controls
- HART Communication Devices
- General Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
