Network Development Lead

We are looking for a Network Development Lead to develop and expand Zeekr's retail and dealer network in the Swedish market, ensuring strong coverage, high standards, and sustainable growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in dealer network development or retail operations within the automotive or a similar industry.
• 6+ years of project management experience, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with experience translating market insights into actionable network plans.
• Solid financial analysis capabilities to assess dealer viability, investment cases, and performance.
• Proven ability in relationship building with dealers, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Swedish proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or equivalent experience are considered a plus.
