Requirements
- 5â8 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Solid understanding of the OEM dealer/importer business model.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of EV technology, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in sales, after-sales, or logistics is considered a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CRM systems.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; German and additional languages are a strong advantage.
