Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, conversion optimization, or CRM automation
- Proven track record of driving significant business growth in a fast-paced and challenging environment by boosting conversion and revenue efficiency
- Strategic builder mindset with hands-on approach, used to delivering measurable business impact
- Extremely analytical with ability to manipulate SQL queries, track and analyze data to continuously improve funnel performance
- Business-focused with ability to identify friction in the funnel and build systems that concretely improve revenue growth, efficiency and scalability
