Lead AI Product Manager (United Kingdom / Portugal)

At Zego, we're looking for a Lead AI Product Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a change-maker, you'll build and scale data-driven solutions that enable Zego to offer competitive and personalized insurance. You'll own strategic workstreams, define product direction, and shape how Zego's products evolve to meet ambitious commercial targets.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading product strategy across multiple teams or domains, ideally in a high-growth environment
• Deep, hands-on experience designing rigorous experiments and rapid prototypes
• Commercial and financial fluency, with a deep understanding of unit economics, pricing levers, and revenue modelling
• AI as a force multiplier, with experience building AI-enabled workflows, playbooks, or toolchains
• Data mastery, with proficiency in gathering and using financial, behavioural, and usage data to make strategic decisions
• Technical depth, with comfort engaging with engineers on system architecture, APIs, ML pipelines, and service design
