Requirements
- Degree in economics, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in process optimization and international CRM and ERP implementation projects
- In-depth experience in Business Process Excellence, with a focus on Procure-to-Pay
- Outstanding conceptual and analytical skills, with experience in leading interdisciplinary teams using agile methods and principles
- Strong change management skills and a self-responsible, creative, and result-oriented way of working
- Experience in dealing with KI solutions, implementation, prompts, and adaptations to diverse process requirements
