ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions is seeking a Mechatronics Development Engineer/Constructor to develop complex kinematics for metrology, from concept to series product. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in mechanical/mechatronic assembly development and construction, with a passion for holistic development and construction.

Requirements

• Passion and enthusiasm for holistic development and construction
• Substantial experience in the development and construction of precision-machined mechanical/mechatronic assemblies
• Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics or similar fields
• Routine use of CAD systems and experience with FEM simulation tools
• Designing production-optimized CNC components
• Dimensioning, selecting, and calculating machine components
• Deriving technical drawings and defining form and location tolerances according to GD&T
• Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented approach to complex technical problems
