Job Description
Under the guidance of the Group, clarify customer project requirements and develop production line plans. Lead the setup of the company's FATP capability and improve yield and operational indicators. Work with R&D, NPI, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure smooth ramp-up to mass production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical manufacturing, electronic engineering, industrial engineering, or optical engineering
- Over 5 years of production or process management experience in the electronics/precision manufacturing industry
- FATP workshop management experience in large EMS/ODM companies for consumer electronics or automotive electronics
- Project management skills, familiar with NPI processes in the consumer electronics industry
- Fluent English speaking
