Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer at ZEISS, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing high-end medical equipment. You will provide customer service, training, and support, and manage administration and technical documentation. The role requires a strong technical background, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Higher technical degree or equivalent experience in electronics/precision mechanics with an interest in optics
- Strong affinity with automation and networks and IT
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and be stress-resistant
- Driving license
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English; knowledge of German is an advantage
