Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer at ZEISS, you will install, maintain, and service MultiSEM systems, ensuring high uptime and customer satisfaction. This is a customer-facing, field-based role with travel across Japan.
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience as a field service engineer supporting complex equipment (E-Beam preferred)
- Semiconductor industry and FAB experience
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Business-level Japanese and English communication
