Job Description
ZEISS is seeking a Field Service Technician to work in the Raleigh, NC area. The role involves installing, repairing, and calibrating high-tech machines at customer locations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, AS/BS in Electronics or Industrial Mechanics, and 4 years of related experience. The position requires 90-100% travel, including international travel as needed.
Requirements
- Install, repair, and troubleshoot high-tech machines at customer locations
- Demonstrate customer service skills and knowledge
- Learn new skills on high-tech CMM's utilizing mechanical and electronic aptitude
- Perform necessary administrative paperwork in a complete and accurate manner
- Travel 90-100% within the service area, including international travel as needed
