Job Description
The Head of Finance is responsible for leading the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth and diversification in VIS China. Key responsibilities include investment and M&A, financial planning and analysis, digital transformation, risk management, and team development.
Requirements
- Master's and above degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a financial overseer at the national level or in an equivalent financial leadership capacity
- Strong understanding of Chinese financial regulations and market dynamics
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills
