Head of Service MED AT & CH (m/f/x) 100%

As Head of Service MED (m/f/x) CH & AT, be responsible for the overall management of the service unit and for the professional and disciplinary leadership of Service Technicians. Represent and strengthen the service concept throughout the company; close cooperation with Sales to promote business development in the After-Sales area.

Requirements

• Degree from a university of applied sciences (FH) or a completed apprenticeship as an industrial electronics technician, automation technician, mechatronics technician, or polymer mechanic with an additional electronic further education
• At least three years of professional experience, ideally in service for technically complex instruments, and have already experience in personnel management, preferably in the area of Service Technicians
• Sound knowledge of operating systems
• Excellent language skills in German and English, and French language skills are an asset
