The future of measurement technology begins at ZEISS. As an IT Service Operations Manager, you will serve as the on-site contact for consulting inquiries and provide technical support for client hardware provisioning.

Requirements

• completed training as an IT specialist (m/f) or a similar field
• ITIL knowledge
• experience in the IT service desk area and in ITSM systems
• technical understanding and rapid comprehension combined with a structured working method
• a high service orientation and pleasure in dealing with people
• good German and English language skills in speech and writing
