Job Description
ZEISS is seeking a Logistic Coordinator to receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. The role involves maintaining organized receiving pads, interacting with logistics providers, and operating a forklift and crane. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of logistics or distribution experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years logistics, distribution or related experience
- Data Entry, Touch-Screen Device, and Computer skills required
- Ability to work accurately with numbers
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Self-starter and problem solver
- Previous experience with SAP preferred
- Previous forklift operation experience highly preferred
- Familiarity with Hazmat shipping and receiving preferred
- Must have a valid drivers license
