Requirements

• Professional responsibility for a field of activity in high-performance optics
• Leading a larger team and directing it in tasks and development
• Organizing and monitoring the timely and quality-compliant inspection tasks in the production workflow of optical components
• Securing the optimal utilization of workstations and ensuring the functionality and readiness for use of the measuring and testing equipment
• Implementing the instructions of occupational safety and continuously checking their compliance
• Qualification-related use of employees and implementing cleanliness in the assigned work area
• Working together with adjacent areas to optimize production processes, solve technological problems, and maintain and improve quality
• Developing the team and ensuring a very good, motivating working climate
