Job Description
ZEISS has a LEAN Production/Continuous Improvement Internship opportunity for students in logistics, production, business engineering, or a comparable field. The internship will last for a minimum of five months, starting in August 2026. Responsibilities include supporting production and logistics processes, developing assembly and logistics concepts, and participating in LEAN workshops. The ideal candidate has good German language skills and MS Office knowledge.
Requirements
- Ongoing university degree in logistics, production, business engineering, or a comparable field
- First practical experience in production or logistics and basic knowledge of LEAN principles and methods
- Interest in digital transformation
- Structured and reliable working style, self-reliant and team-oriented
- Willingness to take on smaller projects independently
- Very good German language skills
- Good MS Office knowledge
