Requirements

• analyze and optimize alignment and production processes in the field of electron microscopy in terms of efficiency, quality, process stability, and cost-effectiveness
• support production in acute process problems, analyze and/or eliminate systematic weaknesses in the process chain, and be responsible for 2nd level support
• recognize potentials for the establishment and expansion of continuous, statistical process monitoring and for the industrialization/automation of production processes
• work as an interface between development and production when launching new products, drive process maturity forward, take processes and equipment over, and transfer them into a production-ready production flow
• create work plans, job instructions, and process documentation, and take on tasks of pre-production
• be responsible for projects to sustainably increase production capacity and improve process performance and stability
