Senior Agiler Projektleiter (m/w/x)

We are looking for a Senior Agile Project Leader to join our team at ZEISS Digital Innovation. You will be responsible for leading complex individual software development projects and promoting agile software development in a traditional project environment.

Requirements

• Comprehensive experience in leading complex individual software development projects and an economic understanding of company processes
• Strong understanding and practical knowledge of digitalization projects in production and in the fields of Industry 4.0/IIoT, factory and process planning, special machine building and quality management
• Secure application of classical project management techniques and internalization of agile thinking
• Knowledge of the OPC UA standard
• Secure handling of contracts
• Knowledge in creating offers desirable
• Experienced in the role of moderator, conflict resolver, analyst, organizer and motivator
• Very good language skills (spoken and written) and communication skills each on C1 or C2 level in German and English
• Professional appearance and very good communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer and results orientation as well as assertiveness and decision-making pleasure
• Good sense of people and the potential of team members
