You will coordinate product training and customer support requests to provide a premium customer experience, working closely with the Product Application Team coordinator and reporting to the Service Administration Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in planning required; experience in a technical work environment a plus
- Excellent administrative skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, English, and French (French not necessary if willing to improve)
- Experience with CRM, Salesforce, and SAP/ERP a plus
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, team player, flexible, and self-motivated
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
