Maintenance Manager

Role Overview

As a Maintenance Manager at Zekelman Industries, you will lead maintenance operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and labor agreements. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Warren, OH. You will collaborate closely with the Plant Manager, maintenance staff, and operations team to ensure optimal functionality of all plant equipment and facilities.

Oversee maintenance operations, implement continuous improvement initiatives, lead preventive and predictive maintenance efforts, assign and communicate job responsibilities, manage maintenance budget, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mechanical/electrical supervisory experience in a heavy industrial setting
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills in maintenance operations
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and safety regulations
• Capable of managing complex maintenance tasks and capital projects
• Ability to work on-site with regular, full-time attendance per schedule
