Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in Carrier Sales / Capacity / Freight Brokerage
- Experience in a high-volume brokerage environment
- Strong understanding of rate negotiation and market dynamics
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple loads effectively
- Proven experience building carrier relationships, not solely relying on load boards
- Hands-on experience with tools such as DAT, Trucker Tools, Greenscreens, Highway, or similar
- Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and problem-solving skills
